Fitness Center

The Wellness Center is free to all clinic patients as well as any person with a CDIB card, persons working for a Tribal affiliated facility, and Veterans. Participants are expected to provide a copy of eligibility and complete a basic application related to health, emergency contact and release of liability. Wellness Center hours are Monday–Friday 6 a.m.—5 p.m. Call (918) 332-4327 for more information.
