The Patient Services Department is responsible for the integrity of the patient's information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and appointment check-in. The department also schedules all medical appointments for new and active patients.

The Patient Benefits Coordinator is the point of contact for patients needing assistance with insurance applications &/or suppling information about programs such as Medicare, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, Veterans Administration, Affordable Care Act/Health Insurance Marketplace, along with various tribal programs that may be available.
