Northeastern Tribal Health System is a tribal health organization operated by a consortium of eight tribes (the Cherokee Nation, Miami Nation, Modoc Nation, Ottawa Tribe, Peoria Tribe, Quapaw Nation, Seneca-Cayuga Nation, and the Shawnee Tribe) and serving American Indians and Alaska Natives. Nothing on this website or in these Terms of Use is, or should be read as, a waiver of the sovereign immunity of Northeastern Tribal Health System or of any of its governing tribes. No employee or agent has authority to waive that immunity through the website or these terms.

Northeastern Tribal Health System reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the website and related services at any time, without notice.
